Each class weaves technique, expression, and embodied strength into a single flowing practice.
- Serpentine Flow
Liquid undulations and figure-eights that trace the spine. Movement as continuous as breath. - Tribal Isolation
Precise muscular control — hips, chest, and shoulders moving in independent conversation. - Sacred Presence
Gaze, posture, and intention. The dance as ritual, the dancer as storyteller.
